Samsung LN46B650 | Great TV Hang up the delivery Samsung LN46B650 46-Inch 1080p 120Hz LCD HDTV with Red Touch of Color
I ordered this TV and April 28 due to working time, chose a delivery scheduled for May 5 4-8. I waited all four hours at home and not surrender. I called the shipper for Amazon, CEVA Logistics and the guy I spoke to did not have an answer because my TV was not delivered. Told me that I would receive a call tomorrow. CEVA called me the next morning, as promised and delivery is set for 1-2. I discovered from CEVA without a valid phone number for me. When I asked what their number was, gave me my home number (without area code), followed by three zeros. It appears there was some error to enter my phone number without area code in the computer and read the phone number as invalid. The person from CEVA said my TV was there for a couple of days, but could not call to confirm the estimated time for delivery. I think my point is, if you have a scheduled delivery to a shipper and not call at least until the day before the day of delivery, please call to confirm they’re coming. It will save four hours of frustration and loss of time. The TV has made the delivery the next day as promised. The packaging is in great shape and the TV itself had no damage. So far the HD picture is excellent on this TV and it looks great in the room. Recommended!
